Delete your Panindo account
You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
1. Before you delete
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro or Business subscription. Google Play will keep charging you until you cancel it in your Google Play settings:

If you own a store with other members
A store must always have an Owner. If you're the only Owner of a store that has other members, first either transfer ownership to another member, or delete the store. The app will tell you if this applies to you.
Want a copy of your inventory? Export it to CSV before you delete. It can't be recovered afterwards.
2. Delete in the app
- Open Panindo and sign in.
- Go to More → Account → Delete account
- Read the summary of what will be deleted, then confirm.
You'll be signed out on every device.
3. Delete by email
If you can't use the app, email us from the email address on your Panindo account, so we know the request is really from you:
The button opens an email to support@panindo.app with the subject "Delete my Panindo account". We may reply to confirm before we delete anything.
4. What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, password hash, name, and link to Google sign-in.
- Your sessions and the push notification tokens for your devices.
- Your memberships in other stores, and pending invitations to your email address.
- Any store you own that has no other members, including all of its items, quantities, prices, barcodes, and activity history.
Stores you belonged to but didn't own keep their own inventory and activity history, because that information belongs to the store. Stock changes you made there stay in that store's log.
5. What's kept, and for how long

Google keeps its own records of your purchases under its own privacy policy.
6. Timeline
Your account stops working as soon as you confirm. Everything listed under "What gets deleted" is removed from our live systems within 30 days, and from backups as they expire, within 35 days after that.
